 Seaway Valley Spring House League

This league includes Cornwall Minor Football Association, Glengarry Gaels (Alexandria) and the Russell Renegades. Most Wildcats home-games are played at Joe St. Denis Field. There are now 250 athletes that participate in spring football in Cornwall and that number rises to 450 kids with the other associations included.

  • Tyke                 (7-9 years of age)
  • Mosquito        (10-11 years of age)
  • Pee Wee          (12-13 years of age)
  • Bantam           (14-15 years of age)

 

Ontario Varsity Football League (OVFL)

The OVFL season takes place during the spring/summer and is a highly competitive, Ontario- wide, travelling team. The team is made up of 16-19 year old athletes from across Eastern Ontario and Quebec. This is the best amateur football league in Ontario, and Canadian universities heavily scout/recruit the players. Cornwall Wildcats joined the OVFL in 2010. National Capital Amateur Football Association (NCAFA)

NCAFA takes place during the fall season and is the competitive league for the Ottawa region. NCAFA has been the leader for tackle football in the Ottawa area since 1955. CMFA fields one team at each level:

  • Tyke:               (7-9 years of age)
  • Mosquito        (10-11 years of age)
  • Pee Wee          (12-13 years of age)
  • Bantam           (14-15 years of age) *no longer offered*
